Our Mission

The Internal Atlas exists to explore the many paths to healing—and help you navigate the one that’s right for you.

Through honest conversations, expert perspectives, personal experiences, and a willingness to ask questions, we explore the many things that can shape how we feel and how we heal.

There isn’t one roadmap to wellness. The goal is to give you more information, better questions to ask, and more paths worth exploring.

Meet Erica

The story behind The Internal Atlas

The Internal Atlas was born from something I learned while trying to better understand my own health: feeling well is about so much more than what happens in a doctor’s office.

Our physical health matters, but so do the way we eat, how we move and sleep, our stress, relationships, careers, sense of purpose, and whether we’re making time for the things that actually make us feel like ourselves.

The more I learned, the more curious I became about all the different paths to feeling better—from traditional and functional medicine to nutrition, mental health, mindfulness, emerging therapies, and the everyday choices that shape how we feel.

That curiosity became The Internal Atlas.

Through conversations with experts, practitioners, and people with real experiences to share, I'm exploring the many things that can influence our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
